Crianza
Traditional winemaking. Once destemmed, fermentation takes place at 16°C with temperature control for 15 days, resulting in a fresh and fruity base wine. After aging, the base wine undergoes the Charmat-Martinotti method.

Altitude between 600-800 m, continental Mediterranean climate, low precipitation (less than 400 mm per year).
