Syrah

To understand the freshness of our Syrah, you have to look at the soil. Below the clay surface lies a layer of limestone which acts as a thermal regulator, retaining moisture during periods of intense heat. This prevents the plant from suffering extreme water stress, which results in a wine with controlled pH and natural acidity. Deep, dense and intense. It is dominated by a cherry red color with violet tones, an unequivocal sign of youth. It presents persistent and tinted "tears".
