This variety, also known locally as Cencibel, is the ultimate and purest expression of our land. Drinking this wine is a tribute to our ancestors, our farmers and our traditional master potters. It is a wine that tastes of tradition and could be defined as the soul of our winery. This wine truly shows its pride, but with elegance. The entry is pleasant and sweet, with a well-defined body. Its tannins are not at all aggressive thanks to a harvest carried out at the optimal moment of ripeness. It has a long aftertaste where forest fruits reappear in a very fresh and persistent way.
