This wine seeks to enhance the freshness and fruit intensity that the Graciano grape provides. It is not a high-yield variety, but it tolerates dry climates exceptionally well. For the winegrower it is a challenge; for the winemaker, a treasure. Its etymological origin says it all: what some consider "ungrateful" (of little value), others find it "graceful" (a true gift).
