"Zestos", which means basket in Spanish, pays tribute to Spain's rich winemaking tradition, referring to the baskets that vineyard workers carried on their backs to transport grapes from the vineyard to the winery on foot. Zestos Rosado comes from organic dry-farmed estate vineyards. The old vines, goblet-pruned, show a pure expression of a unique terroir.
